We operate the website rideryle.com (the "Site"), a platform that connects customers with party bus operators (collectively, the "Services").

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

- Booking information: pickup and drop-off locations, trip dates and times, group size, and budget when you request or book a ride.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
- Operator information: business details, fleet and driver information for operators who join the platform.
- Communications: messages you send us through contact forms or support channels.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including matching booking requests with operators.
- Process payments, send booking confirmations, and manage your reservations.
- Send transactional notifications about your bookings by SMS and email (see SMS / Text Messaging below).
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
SMS / TEXT MESSAGING
By providing your phone number when creating an account, submitting a booking request, or joining our waitlist, you consent to receive text messages from Ryle related to your use of the Services. These messages include booking confirmations, quote notifications, ride status updates (such as driver en route and arrival), payment and balance-due reminders, and cancellation or refund notices.
- Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.

- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at team@rideryle.com.
- Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use the Services; we will continue to send essential booking information by email.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services (such as our SMS delivery provider), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With operators and drivers: when you book a ride, we share the contact and trip details needed to fulfill your booking.
- With service providers: companies that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), SMS delivery (Twilio), email delivery, and hosting. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
- For legal reasons: when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Ryle, our users, or others.
- In a business transfer: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including encrypted password storage and secure connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
